Chief executive officer
11(1)The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may appoint a person who is an employee under the Civil Service Act as chief executive officer of the Board, and until an appointment is made or when there is a vacancy in the office, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council may appoint the Chair or a Vice-Chair as acting chief executive officer.
11(2)The chief executive officer shall perform the duties and functions required or authorized to be performed by the chief executive officer under this or any other Act of the Legislature or as may be required or authorized from time to time by the Board.
